Our owner and lead wedding planner, Cherith, brings a wealth of experience from her background in event management at luxury hotel properties and fine dining restaurants. Her keen eye for design and beauty allows her to offer innovative and creative approaches, bringing your ideas to life. With a deep commitment to active listening and clear communication, Cherith ensures that every detail is thoughtfully crafted to align perfectly with your vision.
The ideal time to book our services is as soon as you have your wedding date set! We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance, depending on the service package you desire. This allows us to ensure availability and gives us ample time to help you plan and coordinate every detail of your special day. However, if you're working with a shorter timeline, we'll always do our best to accommodate your needs, no matter the time frame.
We believe in maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the planning process! We schedule bi-weekly (or weekly if needed) virtual meetings to ensure we’re aligned on your vision and keep everything on track. We communicate via email, phone calls, text messages, and in-person meetings as needed. A shared online folder will also be set up for easy access to important documents, timelines, and vendor details. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported and informed every step of the way, with unlimited correspondence available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
